Offshoring to foremost Indian vendors has gone from being a choice to reduce costs, to being an opportunity of improved quality and access to expertise. This process requires a knowledge of the driving forces of Indian suppliers and an openness to adapt its own organization to achieve the expected benefits.   • Our experience in offshoring

    We have operated within in IT offshoring since 1993. Back then, our role was to act as an agent for an Indian IT Consultancy company. This early experience has given us a unique insight into how Indian supplier’s work, and the opportunities they offer.

    The agency ended in 2002, and since then we have implemented procurement and transition projects on behalf of clients in relation to offshore suppliers. We have built up an experience and a knowledge of the change needed within the internal organization in order to get the most benefit from an offshoring relationship.

    With this, we have a unique experience - we have representing clients as well as offshoring vendors.
