ISOFT Services AB was founded in 1993 with the business idea to offer offshoring services to Swedish companies. ISOFT was then the Indian consulting firm Satyam Computer Services Ltd’s agent in Sweden. The first offshore project was implemented in 1994, and until 2002 additional projects was carried out for Swedish companies, with successful results. In 2002 ISOFT’s and Satyam roads were separated. Today ISOFT is independent of suppliers. The services that the company now offers are consulting and program management in offshoring, outsourcing and optimization application portfolios.
Today, the major part of ISOFTs assignments are within IT Outsourcing. Our consultants have extensive experience of working in an outsourced environment. This experience is the foundation when we mobilize and operate the procurement of IT services, implementing transition and transformation, as well as when we actively go in and further develop existing outsourcing.
